Separant, abherent (calcium stearate dispersion)

Uses:

For rubber isolation, granulation and anti-sticking. It has good compatibility with rubber, does not affect the subsequent vulcanization speed of rubber and the physical and mechanical properties of the product, and can effectively prevent the adhesion of raw rubber. Suitable for natural rubber, synthetic rubber elastomers, such as rubber soles, tapes, rubber tubes, tires, seals, SBS granulation, etc.

Composition: It is a homogeneous dispersion liquid with calcium stearate and surfactant as the main components, and it is environmentally friendly and does not contain nonylphenol.

Dilute this product with water in an appropriate proportion, and use dipping operation or spraying operation to prevent adhesion between films or particles, which can play a good isolation and anti-adhesion effect. Among them, LY-30 is specially used for mixing film isolation.

It can endow the rubber surface with good smoothness. It can be used after being diluted with water. There will be no problems such as uneven smearing on the surface of the film or powder flying everywhere, causing pollution to the working environment and harming human health. It is non-corrosive.

Packaging and Storage:

This product is packed in 50L, 100L, 200L, 1000L plastic drums or plastic-lined iron drums.

The product should be stored in a well-ventilated warehouse and should avoid freezing or long-term sunlight exposure.

The shelf life of the product is 12 months when stored at 4-40°C.
